Risk of products transfers to you once delivery is completed.
We aim to deliver your order in one shipment but may split deliveries if necessary. You will be notified if this occurs, and no extra charges will apply.
Orders are delivered through verified local shipment services.
Delivery timelines are managed by the logistics company once the product is dispatched from Jewella Collection Store.
Order dispatch may take more than 1 working day depending on order processing and availability.
